DLH Productions is the work of Portland's very own Dave Hupp. He's a local professional photographer that has been shooting and filming skateboarding in the Northwest for years. His work can be seen in movies, magazines, and more. Check out his website and tell him Burnsideskatepark.com sent you.

"Built without permission, by skateboarders and later sanctioned by the city, Burnside is the preeminent example of action.... Like a magnifying glass in the sun, Burnside can witness a concentration of skill level unmatched anywhere. You can see crazy, crazy things there. Go, watch, learn, be humbled, excited and inspired. It is amazing."

New Burnside Forum Is Live

Friday, August 27
I don't really have a reason for doing it, but I created a forum for this site. I actually was just messing around with creating one and before you know it, it looked good enough to put up. I think. Anyhow, feel free to check it out. I figure, since nobody leaves any comments on here, maybe all of you will be more into posting on a forum. It's a good place to ask questions or just give your two cents on whatever.

I'll leave it linked here for a couple of months to see how it works out. If it works, cool. If not, it's gone. It's as simple as that.

I still haven't hooked up any trucks or bearings and don't have the money to buy new ones, so I'm not sure how much skating I'll get in this weekend. I will be hitting the Aumsville contest though, it's part of the Oregon Trifecta sweeping through Oregon this weekend. I'll try and take some good photos and post them here next week.

That's it. Go skate!
